Shawn Potter grew up in the Roanoke Valley, and has numerous family ties to the area. He constantly works to improve the Valley and the practice of law. In addition to litigating cases in Virginia and federal courts, and before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission, he has helped clients obtain settlement in excess of $1 million. Mr. Potter takes a reasonable approach to finding solutions for complex divorce cases, including asset distribution and spousal support.

A graduate of Elon University and the University of South Carolina, Mrs. Potter chose to return to the Blue Ridge Mountains to practice law. Mrs. Potter's representation of clients in their workers' compensation claims has yielded exemplary results, both in the courtroom and settlements. Mrs. Potter is an active member of the community in the Roanoke Valley, and enjoys working with local non-profit organizations in her spare time.

Raised in Roanoke, Virginia, William “Andy” Jennings has a deep connection with the people of Southwest Virginia. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond and the T.C. Williams School of Law. Mr. Jennings was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1984 and immediately started work for a major national insurance carrier researching policies and handling claims. Just a few years later, he entered private practice with a focus on personal injury litigation, especially cases relating to motor vehicle and trucking collisions. He also specializes in premises liability and insurance coverage matters.
